At Bumba, we take pride in creating custom-made products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please email us at bumbastudioeu@gmail.com with photos clearly showing the defect or damage. We will review your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Photos clearly showing the defect or damage must be provided.

Refund or Replacement Process: Once your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the defective or damaged item. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
